The booking for all national acts is handled by Danny Shea. In some instances we book local or regional acts for support or as part of a local showcase--generally these are established acts with strong followings in the area. Danny can be contacted via snail mail, email, or fax:

Cash Bar
The bar at the Satellite Ballroom does not accept credit cards--it is a cash-only bar. There is an ATM located within the room.

ID
Every Satellite Ballroom patron must present a government-issued ID in order to enter the venue.

Show Times
In general, the first act of the evening will take the stage one hour after the posted door time. Subsequent acts will take the stage one hour, more or less, after the start of the preceding act. We do our best to conduct shows in a timely fashion, so please bear with us.

Smoking
The Satellite Ballroom is non-smoking at all times. We do allow reentry in to the venue if you would like to step outside to smoke, although abuse of our reentry policy may result in expulsion from the venue.

Tickets
Pre-sale tickets to Ballroom events can only be purchased online at http://www.satelliteballroom.tickets.musictoday.com, at area Plan 9 Music stores and Sidetracks Music, and at the door. The Ballroom does not staff a box office. If you are picking up will-call tickets you will need to present the credit card with which they were purchased and a valid government-issued ID.
